Springs Dance Company è una compagnia di danza contemporanea con sede a Londra che compie tournées sia nazionali che internazionali

Per due diversi progetti nel 2016 e nel 2017 Springs Dance Company è alla ricerca di una danzatrice e di uno o due danzatori uomini con eccezionali capacità nella danza contemporanea, formazione professionale e sostanziale esperienza di scena.

Inizialmente il contratto sarà offerto solo per questi due progetti ma in seguito potrebbe essere offerto ulteriore lavoro.

Audizione a Londra sabato 21 maggio 2016 presso la Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. Call back giovedì 26 maggio 2016 sempre a Londra presso Lee Green.

THE MAGIC PAINTBRUSH – Per questa produzione pensata per bambini al di sopra dei 3 anni Ci saranno 4 settimane di prove con il coreografo Darren Ellis, il Direttore Nathan Stickley e l’artista del suono Randolph Matthews. Per questo lavoro la compagnia cerca due eccezionali performers con forte tecnica e creatività, e che abbiano anche capacità e desiderio di lavorare coi bambini.

 

JOURNEY OF THE MAGI – E’ la produzione natalizia della compagnia che avrà date in molti luoghi diversi tra cui scuole, chiese e teatri. Questo ruolo richiede un lavoro su vari personaggi e forte tecnica contemporanea. Questa pièce esprime e comunica il credo e i valori cristiani contemporanei quindi la conoscenza e la comprensione di essi sono un vantaggio. Il ruolo richiede anche la volontà di andare in tournée.

Inoltre Springs ha anche un esteso programma di formazione e pertanto la compagnia cerca anche danzatori e danzatrici che abbiano interesse verso l’insegnamento. Si prega di includere le precedenti esperienze pedagogiche nella propria candidatura.

Prove e tournée saranno part-time e pagate o con Equity / ITC oppure su base pro-rata. I danzatori verranno retribuiti come free-lance.

• Journey of the Magi tour nazionale dal 19 novembre al 23 dicembre 2016.

Springs Dance Company. Vacancies for male and female dancers

Springs Dance Company is a London based contemporary dance company that tours nationally and internationally.

Springs Dance Company is looking for one female and one or two male dancers with outstanding ability in contemporary dance, sound professional training and substantial performance experience for two different projects in 2016 and 2017.

Initially contracts will be offered for these projects only, but subsequently further work may be offered.

London audition: Saturday 21^st May 2016. Location: Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, London.

Call back: Thursday 26^th May 2016. Location: Lee Green, London.

THE MAGIC PAINTBRUSH – Four weeks of rehearsals with choreographer Darren Ellis, Director Nathan Stickley and Sound Artist Randolph Matthews for Springs’ new theatre production for ages 3+. We are looking for two exceptional performers with strong contemporary technique and creativity, as well as the desire and ability to engage with children.

 

JOURNEY OF THE MAGI – Springs’ Christmas production, which will tour to a variety of venues including schools, churches and theatres. This role requires varied character work and strong contemporary technique. The piece expresses and communicates contemporary Christian beliefs and values and therefore knowledge and understanding of these will be an advantage. The role also requires a willingness to tour.

Springs delivers an extensive education programme and the company is also looking for dancers that may be interested in teaching. Please include teaching experience in your application if relevant.

Rehearsals and touring will be part-time and rates of pay will be similar to Equity / ITC rates on a pro-rata basis. Dancers are paid on a self-employed basis.
