Gruppi artistici internazionali possono candidarsi per la residenza di produzione per progetti di danza, teatro, circo e performance fino a un massimo di 3 settimane presso lo Schloss Bröllin.

Lo Schloss Bröllin offre diverse sale danza, sale per la produzione e sale per seminari oltre a un’ampia area esterna, per prove ed esperimenti in un’atmosfera tranquilla e creativa. Il programma di residenza presso lo Schloss Bröllin consente a gruppi e compagnie, soprattutto se i loro membri provengono da luoghi / paesi diversi, di concentrarsi su una fase di produzione. Durante il soggiorno verranno forniti adeguati ambienti di lavoro, alloggio e ristorazione.

Linee guida:

• Il termine per la presentazione delle domande è il 15 agosto 2019 per la residenza nell’anno successivo.
• Questa residenza è aperta agli artisti di tutto il mondo.
• I candidati dovrebbero avere già realizzato dei propri progetti.
• Il progetto proposto deve essere una nuova produzione (che potrebbe già essere iniziata) e avere già programmato delle date di rappresentazione.
• I gruppi residenti si impegnano, in tutte le pubblicazioni relative al progetto finanziato, a indicare bröllin e.V. come co-produttore (con logo), così quanto il Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione, Scienza e Cultura del Mecklemburg-Western Pomerania e il distretto di Vorpommern-Greifswald e probabili altri sponsor.

La residenza include:

• lo spazio lavorativo per un massimo di 3 settimane e l’uso della dotazione tecnica esistente
• sistemazione in camere condivise
• pensione completa per il gruppo di artisti
• rimborso spese di viaggio fino a limiti ragionevoli
• Alla fine del periodo di produzione ci sarà una presentazione pubblica del risultato del lavoro a cui verranno invitati sia pubblico proveniente dalla regione ma anche la stampa ed altri organizzatori. La pubblicità verrà gestita dallo Schloss Bröllin. Il project manager deve fornire il materiale stampa e pubblicitario.

• formulario di candidatura compilato
• Descrizione dettagliata del progetto
• Curriculum vitae dei partecipanti al progetto
• Rassegna stampa e informazioni dei precedenti lavori (nominare un massimo di 2 lavori realizzati negli ultimi 3 anni dall’ensemble o dal direttore del progetto)
• Costi dettagliati e planning finanziario che dia l’idea del progetto complessivo (in foglio excel). Esso può essere aggiornato fino al meeting con la giuria a fine settembre.
• Conferma del luogo o lettera di intenti. Ciò può essere inviato più tardi fino all’incontro con la giuria a fine settembre.

Solo le candidature inviate complete ed entro la data di scadenza verranno prese in considerazione.

Calendario (soggetto a cambiamenti):
1. fine settembre 2019: la decisione della giuria verrà annunciata.
2. I gruppi scelti confermano le date del loro soggiorno allo Schloss Bröllin entro il 15 dicembre 2019. Se non verranno trovate date per la residenza il finanziamento verrà dato ad un progetto in lista d’attesa.

Le produzioni per il programma di residenza Schloss Bröllin 2020 saranno assegnati dai curatori: Dr. Sascha Löschner (Capo Dramaturg al Theater Vorpommern), Martin Stiefermann (coreografo e direttore del Residency Program), Julia Knaust (artista di circo) Wibke Janssen (DOCK 11/EDEN*****), Wilma Renfordt (Dramaturg all’Impulse Theaterfestival) e selezionati in cooperazione col team dello Schloss Bröllin e.V.

Il titolo del progetto selezionato e i nomi dei partecipanti al progetto saranno resi pubblici.

I progetti di gruppo devono essere presentati con procura e dichiarazioni di intenti da parte di tutti i membri del gruppo.

Schloss Bröllin Residency Program 2020

International artist groups can apply for the residency for the production of dance, theatre, circus and performance projects up to a maximum of three weeks.

Schloss Bröllin offers several dance studios, production and seminar rooms as well as a large outdoor area – for rehearsals, experiments in a quiet and creative atmosphere. The residency program at Schloss Bröllin enables ensembles and groups, especially if their members come from different places/countries, to concentrate on a production phase. During the stay, appropriate workrooms, accommodation and catering will be provided.

Guidelines

• The application deadline is 15th August 2019 for a residency in the following year.
• This residency is open to artists from all over the world.
• The applicants should already have realized their own projects.
• The proposed project must be a new production (which may already have begun) and have planned performance dates, or a recommencement with performance dates.
• Resident groups commit themselves, in all publications relating to the funded project, to indicate bröllin e.V. as co-producer (with logo), as well as the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald and possibly other sponsors.

The Residency includes:

• Maximum of 3 weeks of working space / studio and use of existing technical equipment
• Accommodation in shared rooms
• Full board for the group of artists
• Travel expenses subsidy within reasonable limits
• At the end of the production period, a public presentation of the results of the work will take place on site, to which audiences from the region as well as the press and other organizers will be invited. The advertising is carried out by schloss bröllin (by arrangement). The project manager must provide the required advertising and press material.

• Completed application form
• Detailed project description
• CVs of the project participants
• Press reviews and information on previous work (name a maximum of two realized projects from the last three years by the ensemble, the artistic director or the project-relevant persons)
• Detailed costs and financing plan, which gives an impression of the overall project (as excel sheet). This can be updated until the jury meeting at the end of September.
• Venue confirmation or letter of intent. This can be submitted later until the jury meeting at the end of September.

Only applications submitted in full and on time will be considered.

Timetable (subject to change):
1. End of September 2019: Jury decision will be announced.
2. The selected groups confirm the dates of their stay at Schloss Bröllin until 15 December 2019. If no dates for the residency can be found by then, the funding will go to a project on the waiting list.

The productions for the Residency Program Schloss Bröllin 2020 will be assessed by the curators: Dr. Sascha Löschner (Chief Dramaturg Theater Vorpommern), Martin Stiefermann (choreographer and director of the Residency Program), Julia Knaust (Circus Artist) Wibke Janssen (DOCK 11/EDEN*****), Wilma Renfordt (Dramaturg Impulse Theaterfestival) and selected in cooperation with the board of the schloss bröllin e.V.

The title of the selected project and the names of the project participants will be made public.

In the event of a commitment, the group projects must be submitted with procuration and declarations of intent from all group members.
