Stéla produce a Saint-Étienne, in Francia, DesArts//DesCinés, luogo che esplora Danza & Cinema con un Festival annuale programmato in primavera.

Per la sua sesta edizione, programmata dal 18 al 30 aprile 2016, il Festival DesArts//DesCinés indice il suo secondo Concorso Internazionale di Videodanza, invitando direttori e coreografi professionisti a proporre i propri lavori attorno a tema “The Rail” (La rotaia), della durata max di 20 minuti. I migliori video saranno selezionati per essere proiettati e sottoposti a votazione da parte di una giuria  composta da professionisti della danza e del cinema. I vincitori vedranno il loro lavoro proiettato nell’ambito del festival e nei festivals europei partners.

Si possono inviare i video in DVD o in formato digitale (link online su Youtube, Vimeo etc) o attraverso Wetransfer all’indirizzo email indicato sotto. Si prega di menzionare il titolo del proprio video, il nome del regista, indirizzo email e numero di telefono cellulare.  

Attenzione: per coloro che mandano il materiale via posta si prega di allegare anche francobolli se si vuole avere la restituzione del materiale dopo il Festival.

Criteri per candidarsi

• Genere: Videodanza
• Tema: Rail (rotaie)
• Durata: 20 minuti max (inclusi i credits)
• Qualità / Formato: HD, 4/3 oppure 16/9, qualunque formato tipo .avi, .mov, .mp4…
• Lingua: se ci sono dialoghi nel video è richiesta la versione originale con sottotitoli in francese per persone non udenti
• Copyrights: i lavori devono essere liberi da diritti di diffusione e proiezione nel contesto del Festival
• Scadenza invio video e formulario: 18 marzo 2016 a mezzanotte

2^nd International Videodance Competition – DesArts//DesCinés #6 Festival. Saint-Etienne // France

Stéla produces in Saint-Étienne the DesArts//DesCinés venue exploring Dance & Cinema with an annual highlight in the frame of a Festival programmed in Spring.

For our sixth edition organized from the 18^rd till 30^th april 2016, DesArts//DesCinés Festival launchs its second International Videodance Competition, inviting professional directors and choreographers to propose their HD film around the theme of “The Rail”, with a maximum length of 20 minutes.

Best videodances will be selected to be screened and proposed to a vote for a jury composed with Dance and Cinema professionals. The winners will have their films screened in the frame of the Festival European partners network.

You can send us your videodances on DVD or through digital (internet Youtube, Vimeo links… adapted for the pre-selection or through Wetransfer to the email address mentioned below). Thank you for mentioning the title of your film, the director’s name, your mail and your cell/phone number whenever you send it.

Careful: for those who send a physical support, thank you for sending also a obliterated envelop if you want us to send you back your DVD after the Festival.

Subscription Criterias

• Genre: Videodance
• Theme: Rail
• Duration: 20 minutes max (including credits)
• Quality / Format: HD, 4/3 or 16/9, any format type .avi, .mov, .mp4…
• Languages: if there are dialogues in your film, original version with French subtitles are demanded in order to open the screening to deaf people
• Copyrights: your videodance should be free of any screening/diffusion rights in the frame of the Festival
• Deadline video sending + application form: 18^th march 2016 midnight (with postmail stamp proof)
