Kate Prince, direttrice artistica della ZooNation Dance Company (Into the Hoods, Some Like it Hip Hop, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Groove On Down The Road) sta cercando danzatori per un periodo di ricerca relativo ad un nuovo progetto con il Sadler’s Wells. Cerca danzatori che siano “carismatici, con altamente capaci e versatili, le cui abilità non siano circoscritte ad un solo genere di danza, ivi inclusi, ma non limitati, danza contemporanea, breaking, locking, popping, house, krump, danza africana, lindy hop, swing e freestyle. Inoltre danzatori che amino raccontare storie e si sentano a proprio agio lavorando sui personaggi”.
Tuttavia è un lavoro di pura danza e non è richiesto di cantare o parlare.
Il periodo di prove è dal 4 al 19 ottobre 2017. Tutti i candidati devono essere imperativamente disponibili per questo periodo.
L’audizione si tiene il 17 agosto a Londra, sarà solo su invito e soggetta alle richieste sopra indicate.

Kate Prince. Dancers Required for R&D. Sadler’s Wells, London
Kate Prince, Artistic Director of ZooNation Dance Company (Into the Hoods, Some Like it Hip Hop, The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, Groove On Down The Road) is looking for dancers for a research and development period for a new project with Sadler’s Wells. She is looking for dancers who are, charismatic, highly skilled and diverse, whose abilities span more than just one genre of dance, including but not limited to – Contemporary, Breaking, Locking, Popping, House dance, Krump, African dance, Lindy Hop and Swing dance, Experimental, and Freestyle. Dancers who love to tell stories and feel comfortable doing character work.
This is a pure dance piece and there is no requirement to speak or sing.

When: Thursday 17th August
Deadline for applications: noon Friday 11th August
The Research & Development period is from: Wednesday 4th October – Thursday 19th October 2017. All applicants must be exclusively available for this period.
Audition will be by invitation only and is subject to the requirements above.
