Il Birmingham Royal Ballet sa cercando la figura di Company Manager che sarà un legame essenziale tra la Compagnia, lo staff del tour, i luoghi di spettacolo e il management con sede a Birmingham.
Sarà ambasciatore del Birmingham Royal Ballet e primo punto di contatto sia per lo staff che per i soggetti esterni; il Company Manager ha un considerevole lavoro di gestione e ampie responsabilità amministrative.
I candidati devono avere esperienza estesa come touring Company Manager in produzioni di larga scala, grande capacità di sviluppo interpersonale e si impegna a dare prestazioni lavorative di alti standard. Il ruolo ha come sede di lavoro Birmingham ma coinvolge tournées nazionali ed internazionali.
Luogo: Birmingham Royal Ballet, Thorp Street, Birmingham, B5 4AU – verrà chiesto di viaggiare e lavorare anche negli altri posti in cui la compagnia si esibirà.
Ore: non eccederanno le 48 ore su un ammontare di 52 setimane lavorative
Tutti i candidati devono essere autorizzati a lavorare in UK e avere o poter ottenere un certificato DBS.
Salario: £40,000

Birmingham Royal Ballet. Company Manager
Birmingham Royal Ballet is seeking to appoint a Company Manager to provide the essential link between the performing Company, touring staff, performing venues and Birmingham based management.
Acting as an ambassador for Birmingham Royal Ballet and a first point of contact for both staff and external stakeholders, the Company Manager has a wide remit with considerable management and administrative responsibilities.
Applicants should have extensive experience as a touring Company Manager on large scale productions, highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of work. The role is based in Birmingham but will involve touring, both nationally and internationally.
Based: Birmingham Royal Ballet, Thorp Street, Birmingham, B5 4AU, you will be required to travel to and work at other venues at which the Company is performing/working.
Hours: Will not exceed 48 hours a week averaged over 52 working weeks.
All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and hold on joining an enhanced DBS certificate.
Salary: £40,000
