Hofesh Shechter Company è alla ricerca di Shadow Trustees (persone di fiducia), per espandere e diversificare la Direzione, da aggiungere alle capacità dei membri esistenti, per aiutare a riflettere la diversità della comunità nel sud est del Regno Unito, degli artisti della compagnia, dei partners e del pubblico e per portare nuove prospettive nelle scelte e decisioni della compagnia.
A ciascun Shadow Trustee sarà offerto una mentoring su misura da parte di un membro della Direzione, che comporterà 2-4 meeting all’anno. I membri designati dalla compagnia a supportare lo ‘Shadow Trustee’ nel suo ruolo, dovranno provvedere ad essere una guida per comprendere quale possa essere il miglior contributo da dare alla Hofesh Shechter Company.

Hofesh Shechter Company – SHADOW TRUSTEE SCHEME
Would you like to help shape the future of Hofesh Shechter Company?
We are looking for Shadow Trustees to expand and diversify our Board to add to the skills of existing members, to help us to reflect the diversity of our community in the South East, our artists, partners and audiences, and to bring new perspectives to our decision-making.
Each Shadow Trustee will be offered bespoke mentoring by an existing Board member, which will entail 2-4 meetings per year, designed to support the Shadow Trustee in their role and to provide guidance as to how they can best contribute to the Company.

When: 1 year with the option to extend for one further year
Deadline for application: 5pm on Friday 23rd September 2016
