Nel mese di novembre 2019 a Cagliari presso lo Spazio OSC – Open Scena Concept, si terrà la sesta edizione del Festival Internazionale di Teatro Arte e Nuove Tecnologie Le Meraviglie del Possibile.
Il Festival LMDP sostiene lo sviluppo e la sperimentazione di nuovi linguaggi creativi, teatrali e artistici attraverso le nuove tecnologie, con la programmazione di spettacoli, performance, installazioni, workshop, conferenze.
KyberTeatro, spin-off de L’Aquilone di Viviana, ideatore e organizzatore del Festival LMDP, promuove l’incontro internazionale tra artisti, scienziati e ricercatori tecnologici e la contaminazione tra le arti, offrendo a tutti gli artisti italiani e stranieri interessati la possibilità di partecipare al Festival, inviando il proprio progetto entro il 30 giugno 2019.
Destinatari: singoli artisti, compagnie – massimo 3 partecipanti per ogni progetto.
Progetti ammessi:
- spettacoli teatrali e performance
- installazioni che indagano e realizzano l’interattività tra opera, spazio e fruitori utilizzando le nuove tecnologie.
Processo di selezione: scadenza presentazione candidature 30 giugno 2019.
Gli artisti interessati a partecipare al Festival devono inviare il seguente materiale:
- CV artisti/compagnia;
- Dossier di presentazione in formato PDF;
- Scheda tecnica;
- Una selezione di max 5 fotografie;
- Link al materiale audio e video che deve essere reso disponibile su Vimeo o Youtube.
L’esito della valutazione sarà comunicato ai soli selezionati entro il mese di luglio 2019.
Condizioni economiche:
La copertura totale dei costi per la mobilità a Cagliari (viaggi, vitto e alloggio) e l’agibilità è garantita da Kyber Teatro.
Se possibile e previo accordi con il responsabile tecnico verrà coperto anche l’eventuale materiale richiesto per la presentazione della performance/spettacolo/installazione.
Verrà data la possibilità per i vincitori dell’Open Call di presentare la propria opera in due repliche (con partecipazione a titolo gratuito) e di effettuare un eventuale workshop con ticket d’ingresso per il pubblico (di cui gli incassi di quest’ultimo andranno agli artisti).
Pubblicazione
Sottoponendo l’opera, il partecipante accetta che possa essere presentata al Festival LMDP. Se selezionato l’artista si impegna a fornire una breve biografia e una sinossi del lavoro e accetta che il materiale possa essere pubblicato sul sito del Festival LMDP o ceduto alla stampa per finalità di promozione.
Si autorizza Kyber Teatro – L’Aquilone di Viviana ad archiviare il materiale e a renderlo accessibile tramite il sito web del Festival. Tutti i diritti sulle immagini del progetto resteranno all’artista. L’Organizzazione è altresì autorizzata a documentare tramite registrazioni audio video o immagini lo svolgimento della manifestazione in ogni sua fase.

Le Meraviglie del Possibile 2019 Festival of Art, Theatre and New Technologies. Open call for artists
In November 2019, Kyber Teatro organises in Cagliari (Italy) the 6° Edition of the International Theatre, Art and New Technologies Festival called Le meraviglie del Possibile.
LMDP Festival is the first of this kind in the whole Italy. Its aim is to promote the interrelation between artistic and technological languages.
Kyber Teatro – spin off of L’Aquilone di Viviana (theatre and new technologies company, creator and manager of LMDP Festival), addresses to Italian and International artists an Open Call to submit their projects about “Interaction between arts and technology”.
Who can attend : The participation is open to artists of every nationality, working individually or in a group.
Eligible projects
- Theatrical plays, performances.
- Installations that explore and realize the interaction between artwork, exhibition space and observers with the contribution of technology.
Application (deadline the 30rd of June 2019)
The theme of the sixt edition of LMDP Festival is the interrelation between theatre, arts and new technology.
The application must contain:
- Artist’s CV;
- Detailed description of the project (in PDF);
- Technical rider;
- Selection of max 5 photos;
- Link audio / video material (Vimeo or Youtube).
The result is going to be notified only to selected projects by the Month of July 2019.
Econimic conditions.
Full coverage of all the costs for mobility in Cagliari (travels, board and accomodation) and the compilance for safety standards of the space is guaranteed by Kyber teatro. Subject to agreements with our technical director, also any material required for the presentation of the performance/show/play/installation can be covered.
The Open Call winners will have the opportunity to present their work two times (performance not paid, the partecipation it will be free) and to hold a workshop with entrance tickets for the audience (workshop proceeds will go to the artists).
Publication
Applying for the call, artists agree that the projects should be represented at the Festival. Selected artists must provide a short biography and an abstract of the project. They also agree that the material related to the project could be published on the Festival website and/or presented to the press for promotional purposes.
Archiving process
Artists authorise Kyber Teatro – L’aquilone di Viviana to present their work, to store the material and make it accessible through the Festival’s website. All rights to the artwork and images will remain to the artist. The Organization is also entitled to document the event in all its phases through audio recordings,
video or images.
