AURA Dance Theatre cerca danzatori. Audizioni anche tramite video (Lituania)

Kaunas (Lituania) - AURA Dance Theatre
AURA dance theatre, con sede a Kaunas in Lituania, cerca 1 o 2 danzatori uomini da inserire in compagnia a partire dall’imminente stagione – con inizio il 15 agosto 2017 – e con ulteriore possibilità di prolungare il contratto per la prossima stagione.
I candidati devono avere una buona preparazione fisica con buona tecnica sia classica che contemporanea e grande capacità nell’improvvisazione, essere creativi e disposti a cercare sempre nuove forme originali di movimento e possibilità corporee. La priorità verrà data ai danzatori motivati che, in accordo con ambo le parti, abbiano la volontà di stare in compagnia per un periodo maggiore ad una sola stagione.
Nota bene! AURA Dance Theatre non accetterà candidature da danzatori che abbiano praticato solo street dance o hip-hop.
La compagnia offre un contratto ufficiale full-time work in accordo con gli standard lituani (EU) con regolare stipendio mensile, tutte le garanzie sociali previste e la possibilità di ulteriori benefit. I danzatori devono avere il permesso di lavorare nell’Unione Europea e nel caso non lo abbiano la compagnia li aiuterà ad ottenerlo.
Per candidarsi mandare entro il 1 agosto 2017 il proprio curriculum con foto, video links e breve lettera di motivazione a vadyba@aura.lt (manager Silvija). Si prega di inviare soltanto video di improvvisazioni in assolo in cui si vedano le capacità tecniche oltre all’originalità e il pensiero di come gestire il corpo e controllarlo. Video e film ripresi con cellulare sono ben accetti! Per cortesia indicare “Male Audition, August 1” come oggetto della email .
Tutti i candidati scelti saranno contattati entro il 4 agosto 2017 con tutte le informazioni relative al lavoro offerto. La decisione finale tra ambo le parti, AURA Dance Theatre e il danzatore, sarà presa entro il 7 agosto 2017.
E’ possibile che il materiale video sia sufficiente per prendere una decisione finale e che il contratto venga offerto da AURA Dance Theatre senza ulteriore audizione diretta a Kaunas.

AURA Dance Theatre is searching for 1 or 2 male dancers to join the Company
AURA dance theatre, based in Kaunas (Lithuania), is searching for 1 or 2 male dancers to join the company for the upcoming season that starts on the 15th of August 2017, with the possibility to prolong the contract for the next season.
Candidates should have a well-prepared body with good technique of classical, contemporary dance and strong improvisational skills, be creative and always searching for original forms of movement, body possibilities. Priority will be given for motivated dancers who, according to the agreement of both sides, are willing to stay in the company longer than one season.
Note! AURA Dance Theatre will not accept applications from dancers who are practicing only street dance or hip-hop dance styles.
We offer: official full-time work contract according Lithuanian (EU) standards with a regular monthly salary, all social guarantees and possibility to be additionally encouraged. Dancers should have a permit to work in European Union, if he does not have one, we will help to arrange it.

To Apply: Interested applicants must send their CV with photos and video links, short motivation letter. Please SEND ONLY SOLO IMPROVISATION VIDEOS which would reveal technical possibilities of a dancer’s body and originality/original thinking of how to control it. All selected candidates will be contacted on August 4th with all information regarding a work offer. The final decision of both sides – AURA Dance Theatre and a male dancer – will have to be made latest on August 7th.
There is a possibility that video audition is enough to make a final decision and AURA Dance Theatre would select a dancer and offer a work contract without live audition in Kaunas.
