Wee Dance Company (Theater Görlitz-Zittau / Wee Dance Company) sta cercando un danzatore per la imminente stagione a partire dal 27 agosto 2015 fino a metà luglio 2016 .

Per candidarsi all’audizione, che si terrà il 6 giugno 2015 con possibilità di call back il 7 giugno 2015,  è necessario  inviare una mail a Kirstin Kroneberger assistenz-tc@g-h-t.de con video links.

La compagnia si raccomanda di leggere i seguenti punti relativi al loro lavoro:

1. Il salario dall’inizio dell’impiego è di 1650 € lordo.
2. La compagnia non dà classi bensì c’è una sessione quotidiana di ricerca contemporanea; il danzatore sarà impegnato in una stagione senza balletto. Se si ritiene di aver bisogno di una regolare classe di balletto non è il giusto lavoro.
3. Spesso definiscono il movimento coreografico con grande precisione musicale. Si richiede pertanto la capacità di assegnare coscientemente i movimenti il cui conteggio talvolta è intuitivo o molto sofisticato; quindi non è sufficiente basarsi sul “sentire” la musica. Lavorare con la compagnia  sarà appagante e divertente solo se si è disposti ad abbracciare questa modalità e le sfide presentate per valorizzare questa abilità.
4. Oltre alla creatività individuale e alla collaborazione da parte dei danzatori, la compagnia richiede anche che essi imparino il materiale coreografico dato a volte in misura altamente precisa e dettagliata. Quindi è importante che si sa disposti ad apprendere materiali coreografici creati da altri.

Please read the following about our work to ensure you truly believe you could be satisfied working with us:

1. Salary on beginning employment is 1650.—€ pre-tax (brutto).
2. We don’t conduct ballet training but a daily contemporary research session. You will need to commit yourself to a season with no ballet. If you believe that you need regular ballet classes, then working with us would be wrong for you.
3. We often define our movement with high musical precision. We require the ability to consciously assign movements to counts, which are sometimes counter-intuitive or very sophisticated; so: relying on merely “feeling” the music does not suffice. Working with us will be fulfilling and enjoyable for you only if you are willing to embrace this tool and the challenges presented by enhancing this skill.
4. Additionally to creative individual and collaborative input from our dancers, we also require from them the ability to learn given choreographic material, sometimes to a highly precise and detailed extent. Therefore it would be important that you can approach the challenge of learning and performing material created by others as an enriching and enjoyable challenge.
