Teatr Pieśń Kozła / Song of the Goat Theatre ha indetto un’audizione per danzatori professionisti per la sua nuovissima produzione ANTI-GONE. Dopo l’incredibile successo della produzione ISLAND creata in collaborazione con Ivan Perez Avilles e i ballerini della compagnia INNE, la compagnia polacca intende dare vita a un’altra collaborazione con danzatori.
Song of the Goat Theatre cerca 8 ballerini contemporanei (avere una preparazione nella danza classica è un vantaggio ma non è obbligatorio): 4 danzatrici e 4 danzatori costituiranno due cast dello spettacolo composto da 4 danzatori in totale.
L’audizione si terrà a Wroclaw, in Polonia, il 21 e 22 luglio 2018.
Dopo essere stati selezionati per il progetto, vi verrà chiesto partecipare per due mesi e mezzo alle prove in Polonia, a partire dal 17 settembre 2018. Lo spettacolo debutterà il 23, 24, 25 novembre 2018.
Sarà una creazione originale diretta da Grzegorz Bral, con le coreografie di Melanie Lomoff, prima ballerina di Alan Platel per 10 anni. Si lavorerà anche con un quartetto d’archi e con 8 cantanti d’opera in una ricerca di connessione e coordinazione tra voce, movimento, poesia e musica strumentale. Song of the Goat theatre è noto per le sue ricerche sull’interconnessione di diverse forme d’arte.

Teatr Pieśń Kozła / Song of the Goat Theatre is announcing call for professional dancers for its newest production ANTI-GONE. After incredible success of ISLAND production created in collaboration with Ivan Perez Avilles and INNE Company dancers, we are attempting another collaboration with dancers.
We are looking for 8 contemporary dancers (it would be an advantage if you have ballet training – not obligatory). 4 female and 4 male dancers will make two casts of 4 dancers.
Audition will take place in Wroclaw, Poland on the 21st, 22nd of July, 2018.
After being selected to project you will be asked to come for two, and half months for rehearsals period in Poland, starting 17th of September. Premiere date will be 23rd, 24th, 25th of November 2018.
It will be an original creation directed by Grzegorz Bral, and choreographer Melanie Lomoff, a principal dancer of Alan Platel for 10 years. You will also be working with string quartet, and 8 opera singers in a research of connection, and coordination between voice, movement, poetry, and instrumental music. Song of the Goat theatre is known for its research on interconnectedness of different art forms.
The deadline for applications is 10th of July 2018. Answers will be given by 15th of July 2018.
