Jamaal Burkmar, vincitore del Premio 2015/2016 New Adventures Choreographer Award (NACA), sta cercando 6 danzatrici con esperienza per collaborare con lui per al creazione del nuovo lavoro. Quest’anno Jamaal Burkmar avrà come mentore Matthew Bourne e il team creativo di New Adventures and Re: Bourne è in preparazione per lo Showcase NACA al Platform Theatre, Londra, dal 21 al 24 settembre 2016.
Per candidarsi bisogna essere un danzatore con formazione contemporanea e professionista con almeno due anni di esperienza professionale, avere eccellente musicalità, capacità nell’improvvisazione e abilità nell’apprendere velocemente il materiale.
I candidati dovrebbero essere aperti ed avere attitudine a correre i rischi del processo creativo, ed essere a loro agio nell’usare la voce e nel lavoro teatrale.

Audition Call to work with New Adventures Choreographer Award winner Jamaal Burkmar
Jamaal Burkmar, winner of the 2015/2016 New Adventures Choreographer Award (NACA), is looking for six experienced female dancers to collaborate with him on the creation of a new work. This year, Jamaal will be mentored by Matthew Bourne and the creative team of New Adventures and Re: Bourne in preparation for the NACA Showcase at the Platform Theatre, London from 21 – 24 September 2016.
To apply you must be a professional contemporary trained dancer with at least two years’ professional performance experience. You must have excellent musicality and be skilled in improvisation, with an ability to pick up movement material quickly.
Applicants should have an open and enthusiastic attitude to taking risks in the creative process and be comfortable with using their voice and working theatrically.

Working Period: Full-time between: 22 August – 25 September 2016 (TBC)
