L’artista lituano Egle Budvytyte sta cercando uomini che prendano parte alla sua performance Choreography for the Running Male, per il festival Artefact presso STUK kunstencentrum a Lovanio, in Belgio. Il pezzo coinvolge un gruppo di uomini che fanno jogging all’unisono per Lovanio eseguendo una sequenza coreografica di semplici gesti.

Budvytyte cerca un uomo coi capelli corti di età compresa tra 28 e 45 anni con altezza approssimativa di 180 cm. Non è necessario avere speciali capacità o abilità fisiche per partecipare. Attori professionisti, performers ma anche non-professionisti sono benvenuti.

La performance avrà luogo dall’11 al 15 febbraio 2015 ogni giorno alle 17:00. I candidati devono essere disponibili nelle seguenti date:

• lunedì 9 febbraio 2015 – 10:00 – 14:00 (prove)
• mercoledì 11 febbraio 2015 – 14:00 – 18:00 (prove e spettacolo)
• da giovedì 12 a sabato 15 febbraio 2015 – dalle 16:30 – 18:00 (performances).

Viene offerto un piccolo cachet per ogni giornata lavorativa e pranzo.

Audition for Male Performers: STUK and Eglė Budvytytė are looking for men…

Lithuanian artist Egle Budvytyte is looking for men to be part of her performance Choreography for the Running Male, for the Artefact festival at STUK. The performance involves a group of men slowly jogging in unison through Leuven while carrying out a sequence of simple choreographed emotive gestures.

Budvytyte is looking for shorthaired men between the age of 28 and 45 and with a height of appr…ox. 1m80. You don’t need special knowledge or an outstanding physical condition to participate. Professional actors, performers and also non-professionals are all welcome.

The performances take place from 11 till 15 February each day at 5 pm. Candidate participants must be available on the following days and hours:

• mo 9 feb 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (rehearsals)
• we 11 feb 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (rehearsal and performance)
• th 12 – su 15 feb 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm (performances)

We offer a small fee for each day and diner on the performance days.
