Loop Dance Company sta cercando un danzatore con esperienza come ‘guest’ da integrare alla compagnia per un progetto dell’Arts Council col coreografo Sivan Rubinstein. Il breve progetto culminerà con una performance al Turner Contemporary a Margate, nel Kent il 29 novembre 2016.
Descrizione del progetto e ideazione:
Il progetto si intitola Ports that Pass e esplora il concetto di identità attraverso la nazionalità, la professione, lo status e i viaggi. Noi tutti ci spostiamo geograficamente e questo influisce sulla nostra identità, mentre il passaporto ne capta solo piccoli frammenti (nonostante sia usato per definirci). Ports that Pass è un pezzo di danza e una installazione fotografica che scopre i nostri ampi viaggi.
Requisiti
Si cercano danzatori uomini professionisti e con esperienza che assolvono i seguenti criteri:
• avere più di 25 anni
• Almeno 3 anni di formazione professionale
• Almeno 4 anni di esperienza professionale
• forte capacità nell’improvvisazione
• avere interesse a lavorare collaborativamente
• Desideroso di lavorare al di fuori dei propri schemi e di accettare le sfide fisiche
• Essere disponibili nelle date indicate sotto
E’ considerato un vantaggio saper usare la voce.
Prove: 20, 22, 23 ottobre dalle 10:00 alle 18:00 e 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27 novembre 2016 dalle 10:00 alle 18:00.
Spettacolo: 29 novembre 2016 dalle 11:00 alle 17:00
Tutte le prove si terranno a Londra e nel Kent, il luogo esatto verrà confermato.
Retribuzione: é un lavoro pagato da freelance cioè £1340 incluse le spese di viaggio.
Per candidarsi mandare entro il 7 ottobre 2016 curriculum vitae o biografia e show reel o almeno due video-links in cui danzate a looped@loopdancecompany.co.uk. Nota bene: non è necessario che i video-links sia una performance filmata, possono anche essere due improvvisazioni in sala.
Una lista ristretta di candidati sarà annunciata entro il 9 ottobre 2016 e verranno invitati a tenete un incontro in cui discutere ulteriormente del progetto, di persona o via Skype

Loop Dance Company is looking for an experienced guest male dancer to join the company for an Arts Council funded project with choreographer Sivan Rubinstein. The short project will culminate with a performance at Turner Contemporary in Margate, Kent on 29th November 2016.
Project description and concept:
The project is called Ports that Pass and explores the concept of identity through nationality, profession, status and travel. We all move geographically and our identities have their own journeys. While the Passport captures a small fragment of our journey and identity, it is also used to define us as people. Ports that Pass is a dance performance and photography installation that uncovers our wider journey.
Requirements
• We are looking for experienced professional male dancers who fit the following criteria:
• Over 25 years old
• At least 3 years professional training
• At least 4 years professional performance experience
• Strong improvisation skills
• Have an interest in working collaboratively
• Keen to work out of their comfort zone and be physically challenged
• Are available for all rehearsal and performance dates below
It is also desirable if you have voice work skills
Rehearsals:
20th, 22nd, 23rd October 10am-6pm
3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 18th , 19th, 20th, 24th, 25th , 26th, 27th November 10am-6pm
Performance date: 29th November 2016, 11am-5pm
All rehearsals will take place in either London or Kent, exact locations to be confirmed.
Fee: This is a paid freelance position. £1340 inclusive of travel expenses.
