Keneish Dance cerca danzatori formati nella danza classica e/o contemporanea con esperienza nella afro-fusion o nell’ hip hop, per inserirli nell’organico della compagnia per un periodo di ricerca che si svolgerà a Birmingham dal 7 al 18 novembre e dal 5 all’11 dicembre 2016 (per un totale di 3 settimane).
La fase di ricerca è basata sulla sfera della ‘prevenzione e cura’ e i danzatori e il materiale verrà tratto dalle personali esperienze dei danzatori, dai loro punti di vista ed opinioni verso l’idea di salute a livello fisico ed emotivo.
Si propone un contratto da free-lance da verificare attraverso lo sviluppo di questo nuovo lavoro e i progetti della compagnia per i prossimi 2 – 3 anni. Il danzatore ideale ha forte tecnica, musicalità, capacità teatrale e presenza scenica oltre alla disponibilità ad essere aperto e in confidenza nell’esprimersi e nel discutere delle proprie reali esperienze.

Keneish Dance Audition
Keneish Dance are on the look out for a contemporary and / or classically trained dancer who is experienced in Afro fusion / African or Hip Hop styles, to join the company for a new R&D phase, taking place in Birmingham 7th November – 18th November and then 5th – 11th December (3 weeks in total).
The research phase is based on the realm of ‘prevention and cure’, which will draw from dancers personal experiences, perspectives and opinions towards the ideals of ‘health’ on a physical and emotional level.
This is a free-lance contract to see through the development of this new work and the companies projects for the next 2 – 3 years. The ideal dancer will have strong technique, musicality, theatre skills and stage presence along with the ability to be open and confident discussing and expressing real experiences.
Fee: £1344
