Henri Oguike invita i danzatori a candidarsi all’audizione per la creazione del nuovo lavoro Triptych che verrà preparato a Londra nella primavera/estate 2016.
Triptych si concentrerà sulle forme di solo e duetto “per scavare a fondo le possibilità ritmiche e dinamiche che legano la coreografia alla musica. Proveremo a sondare le sfumature del corpo come generatrici di ‘narrazione’ nel lavoro”. “Oguike ha la maggior musicalità di qualsiasi coreografo in UK”- Arts Desk
Henri Oguike ha creato molte produzioni a livello internazionale in oltre 15 anni di lavoro. La sua missione è di spingere i confini della danza a scoprire nuovi modi di coinvolgere le persone in un’unica e notevole esperienza.
Date Audizioni: sabato 23 e domenica 24 aprile – Recall il 3, 4 e 5 maggio.
Prove date primaverili: dal 9 al 12 maggio – dal 16 al 20 maggio – il 30 maggio – dal 6 al 10 giugno – dal 13 al 17 giugno 2016.
Il candidato deve essere disponibile per l’intero periodo del progetto. Tutte le prove si terranno a Londra. I danzatori saranno pagati a paga industriale per 5 settimane lavorative. Nel 2017 si terrà la tournée e le date verranno comunicate.
L’audizione è solo su invito. Per candidarsi si prega di inviare entro l’11 aprile 2016 a hpmo@icloud.com: 1 foto ritratto, 2 foto di danza a figura intera, curriculum vitae che non sia maggiore di una pagina di A4 dettagliando la formazione e le esperienze lavorative degli ultimi 3 anni, breve link-video di massimo 2 minuti girato preferibilmente in sala e che sia ben visibile (quelli più lunghi di 2 minuti non verranno guardati).
Se entro il 17 aprile non si ha alcuna notizia è da considerare nulla la propria candidatura.

Henri Oguike Dance Company Audition (UK)
Henri Oguike is inviting dancers to apply to audition for the creation of a new work Triptych to be created in London, in the spring/summer of 2016.
Triptych will focus on solo and duet forms to delve deeply into the rhythmic and dynamic possibilities that link choreography to music. We will probe for delicate nuances of the body as a natural generator of ‘narratives’ in the work.

Henri has created many works internationally over the last 15 years. His mission is to push the boundaries of dance and to discover fresh ways of engaging people in unique and beautifully crafted experiences.
Audition dates: Saturday 23 April, Sunday 24th April. Recalls on the 3/4/5 May.
Spring 2016 project dates:
- 9-12th May
- 16th– 20th May
- 30th May
- 6th to 10th June
- 13th to 17th June
You need to be available for the entirety of these project dates.
All rehearsals will take place in London. Dancers will be paid at recommended industry rates for 5 weeks work (after successful completion of the audition and recall dates). It is anticipated that future touring will then take place in 2017, dates TBC.
Audition will be by invitation only. To apply please send:

- 2 x full-bodied dance shots
- A CV of no more than one side of A4 detailing where you have trained and what the focus of your work has been the last 3 years.
- Short link to a video of maximum 2 minutes of clear material – preferably in the studio. (Anything will longer than 2 minutes will not be viewed.)
