Hagit Yakira Dance cerca due danzatori / performers uomini per la creazione e l’andata in scena della nuova produzione Free Falling. Il contratto è di 4-5 settimane nell’autunno 2015 (date da confermare), con un possibile prolungamento dei tempi di produzione nella primavera e estate 2016.
Un più preciso dettaglio della tempistica sarà dato durante il workshop audizione. La maggior parte delle prove si svolgerà a Londra. Viaggi e spese di alloggio saranno coperte solo per i periodi di lavoro fuori Londra. Il lavoro è pagato.
E’ importante che i danzatori abbiano una tecnica contemporanea molto forte, floor work, contact improvisation, e abilità nell’improvvisazione. Devono avere anche una mente aperta per contribuire al processo creativo.
L’audizione è su invito e si svolgerà presso il Laban di Londra, Laurie Grove studio 6, il 16 maggio 2015 alle ore 10.00. Bisogna dare la disponibilità per l’intera giornata.
Ad alcuni partecipanti potrà essere richiesto di partecipare a un callback che si configura come un workshop di pochi giorni durante la prima settimana di giugno (tra il 1 e il 4 giugno) a Londra.

Hagit Yakira Dance (UK) – Male Dancers – Deadline: 11 May 2015.
Dancers wanted for Hagit Yakira dance new production ‘Free Falling’ (subject to funding). The company are looking for 2 male professional dancers/performers to create and perform in their new production – ‘Free Falling’. The contract is for a 4-5 weeks RnD period during the autumn 2015, with the potential for further production time during the spring and summer 2016.
A more detailed timeline will be given in the workshop/audition. Most of the rehearsals will be held in London. Travel and accommodation expenses will only be covered when working outside of London. Paid work.
It is vital that dancers have a very strong contemporary technique, floor work, contact improvisation, and improvisation skills. In addition there will be a need for openness to contributing to the creative process.
The audition will take place Laban, Laurie Grove studio 6, London, SE14 6NH, on 16th May 2015, at 10.00am and is invite only. Please be prepared to stay all day.
Some of the participants might be asked to come for a few days call back workshops during the first week in June, between the 1st June – 4th June (London)
