Dopo il successo al National Theatre di Londra e la trasmissione cinemotrafica con NT Live, l’ultima produzione del DV8 Physical Theatre, JOHN, si imbarca in un tour nel Regno Unito e in Europa da settembre a dicembre 2015.
Per questo tour DV8 Physical Theatre è alla ricerca un danzatore uomo eccezionale che possa prendere parte allo spettacolo in uno dei ruoli principali. I candidati devono parlare inglese in modo fluente, avere una forte tecnica di danza contemporanea, forti abilità attoriali e capacità di interpretare il testo in modo convincente. Costituisce un vantaggio avere un accento inglese.
Il contratto è da settembre a dicembre 2015.
Dettagli per l’audizione
L’audizione si svolgerà a Londra, il 25 gennaio 2015, presso il Toynbee Studios, 28 Commercial Street. La classe inizierà alle ore 11.00 e le selezioni termineranno alle ore 19.00. Recall lunedì 26 gennaio 2015 dalle 10.00 alle 18.00.
Non è necessario inviare candidature in anticipo in quanto è un’audizione aperta. E’ necessario portare con se il giorno dell’audizione un curriculum vitae.
I candidati internazionali sono invitati a partecipare anche se DV8 non può coprire le spese di viaggio e soggiorno necessarie per partecipare all’audizione.

DV8 Physical Theatre Open Audition for Male Performers, London: 25th January 2015
Following a successful run at the National Theatre and a global cinema broadcast with NT Live, DV8 Physical Theatre’s latest production, JOHN, embarks on a UK and European tour from September through to December 2015.
We’re seeking an exceptional male dancer to takeover one of the main roles. Applicants should be fluent in English, have strong contemporary dance technique, strong acting skills and the ability to deliver text convincingly. It is an advantage if you can do a British accent.
Contract starts September 2015 until December 2015.
Audition Details
Date: Sunday 25th January. Class will start promptly at 11am, the call will finish by 7pm. Recalls will be held on Monday 26th January 2015 (10am – 6pm). Venue: Toynbee Studios, 28 Commercial Street, London. E1 6AB.
You are not required to submit an application in advance, just turn up on the day as it is an open audition. Please bring an up to date CV.
International applicants are encouraged to apply although DV8 is unable to cover travel or accommodation costs associated with attending the audition.
