CMDT cerca una danzatrice da inserire nel cast del tour primaverile di Status Anxiety e di Thinking In The First Person in tour in Scozia, compresa una settimana nelle Ebridi.
Il contratto include anche un periodo di ricerca e sviluppo per Experts In Short Trousers, il nuovo lavoro della compagnia, con la possibilità di far parte del cast nel tour autunnale del 2016.
La ballerina deve avere capacità fisiche eccezionali e una forte tecnica di floor work, e deve avere preferibilmente una formazione nella danza contemporanea o nel bboying. Le candidate devono avere esperienza teatrale.
Il repertorio sarà adattato alle caratteristiche individuali dei danzatori durante il periodo delle prove. Pertanto è è preferibile che le candidate abbiano già esperienza di lavoro con un coreografo.
Date contratto: da domenica 10 maggio a mercoledì 1 luglio (compreso).
A pagamento: 440 £ a settimana, più le spese. I dettagli del contratto saranno discussi con i candidati selezionati.

Cultured Mongrel Dance – Deadline : May 1, 2015
CMDT are looking for one female dancer to join the cast of their spring tour of Status Anxiety and Thinking In The First Person to urban and rural dates across Scotland, including one week touring in The Hebrides.
The contract also includes a period of research and development for the company’s new work Experts In Short Trousers, with potential to join the cast during the Autumn Tour 2015.
The dancer must have exceptional physical skills and strong floor work technique, she will have preferably trained in contemporary dance or bboying. Dancers should also have experience of performing choreography in theatre settings.
Repertoire will be adapted to encompass the individual dancers skills throughout the rehearsal period therefore it is preferable that candidates have experience of devising work led by a choreographer.
Contract dates: Sunday 10th May – Wednesday 1st July (inclusive).
Paid at Equity Minimum £440 per week, plus expenses. Exact contract details will be discussed with successful applicants. Dancers should hold a current PVG as they will be expected to team deliver workshop sessions throughout the tour.
Audition date will be confirmed once applications are received and will be arranged to best suit the applicants.
Participation in the audition is by invitation only.
