Il Cullberg, compagnia svedese fondata da Birgit Cullberg nel 1967 e attualmente diretta da Gabriel Smeets (direttore artistico) e da Stina Dahlström (managing director) ha indetto un’audizione per danzatori e danzatrici per la stagione 2020/2021 della compagnia.
Date dell’audizione: 21 e 22 marzo 2020.

Cullberg è una compagnia di danza contemporanea con sede a Stoccolma e svolge tournée internazionali con il proprio repertorio.
La compagnia ha dato un importante contributo nel campo della danza collaborando con una vasta gamma di artisti internazionali. L’imminente stagione 2019-2021 vedrà al lavoro tre artisti associati: Alma Söderberg, Deborah Hay e Jefta van Dinther.
La compagnia cerca danzatori in possesso di forte tecnica contemporanea, creativi nel saper sviluppare e proporre del materiale, versatili nei vari stili e capaci di lavorare in diversi contesti.
Parte integrante della visione artistica della compagnia è il combinare e fondere gli effetti e stili visivi, emotivi e tecnici. Pertanto si cerca di riunire un gruppo di artisti in cui essi siano diversi per età, sesso, etnia, provenienza geografica, orientamento sessuale, ma anche negli stili e nelle tecniche di danza.
I nuovi danzatori dovrebbero poter funzionare con l’attuale gruppo, composto da 17 persone, e avere le capacità e l’interesse per partecipare alle discussioni e riflessioni sul lavoro. La lingua lavorativa per la compagnia è l’inglese.

Cullberg is an international touring repertoire company for contemporary dance based in Stockholm / Sweden.
The company is an important contributor in the field of dance world-wide, collaborating with a wide range of International artists. Our upcoming 2019-2021 season will see the work of 3 associated artists: Alma Söderberg, Deborah Hay and Jefta van Dinther.
The company is looking for dancers possessing strong contemporary technique and are creative in developing and proposing movement material as well as versatile in various styles with an ability to work within different contexts.
Integral to our artistic vision is combining and blending the effects of visual, emotional and technical styles. With respect to this, we are seeking to gather a pool of performing artists who are diverse in terms of age, gender, skin color, geographical background and sexual orientation as well as in dance styles and techniques.
The new dancers should be able to function as part of the current 17 person ensemble and have the skills and interest to participate in reflective discussions about the work. English is the working language of the company.
