La Company Chameleon offre l’opportunità a un danzatore uomo con esperienza di essere inserito nel loro team artistico con salario full-time. Al candidato selezionato sarà richiesto di trasferirsi a Manchester (nel caso non sia residente nella città).
I candidati devono aver ricevuto la formazione presso una scuola rinomata o presso un conservatorio; la compagnia cerca un artista con eccellente tecnica contemporanea e capacità nell’improvvisazione e nel partnering. I candidati devono avere almeno due anni di esperienza in una compagnia di danza di giro. Maggiore esperienza performativa, familiarità e apertura ai diversi approcci coreografici e profittevoli abilità come insegnante sono essenziali. Il ruolo coprirà le tre principali aree di responsabilità:
• partecipare alle prove e agli spettacoli con il repertorio della compagnia (al chiuso e nei festival all’aperto)
• assistere i direttori artistici nei periodi di residenza e nello sviluppo dei progetti
• essere attivamente impegnato nell’insegnamento nei programmi didattici partecipativi
Per questo ruolo il lavoro sarà prima di tutto presso la sede della Compagnia a Manchester ma dal candidato selezionato si aspettano anche che prenda parte alle tournée nazionali ed internazionali.

Company Chameleon Audition
Company Chameleon is offering the exciting opportunity for an experienced male dancer to join our core artistic team, in a full-time salaried position with the Company. The successful applicant will be required to re-locate to Manchester (if not already residing in the city).
Applicants should have received training from a recognised school or conservatoire; we are looking for an experienced dance theatre artist with excellent contemporary technique and contact improvisational / partnering skills. Candidates must have at least two years’ experience working in a professional touring dance company. Extensive performance experience, familiarity and openness to different choreographic approaches and proficient teaching skills are all essential – this post will cover three main areas of responsibility:
- Rehearse and perform in Company repertoire (indoor venues / outdoor festivals)
- Assist Artistic Directors in choreographic/creative development of residencies/projects
- Actively engage in the delivery of Learning and Participation programmes
- Whilst the role will primarily be working in the Company’s home base of Manchester, the successful candidate will also be expected to tour nationally and internationally throughout the year – locations will vary depending on the Company’s touring schedule and projects taking place at that time.
