La compagnia di danza di Louis Barreau cerca 2 danzatori, dai 23 anni, da integrare all’organico per la sua nuova produzione (titolo provvisorio BBB 3+1).

Questo nuovo pezzo è l’ultima parte di un trittico iniziato con il solo Bolero Bolero Bolero per 1 performer (che ha debuttato il 16 aprile al Regard du Cygne) e che ha proseguito col trio Bolero Bolero Bolero per 3 performer (che ha debuttato il 16 novembre presso L’étoile du nord). Il progetto sarà supportato nel 2017 dal Réseau Danse (Atelier de Paris – CDC Carolyn Carlson, L’étoile du nord – Micadanses e Regard du Cygne).

Louis Barreau è coreografo e danzatore diplomato al Trinity Laban di Londra  con un Master di Ricerca nella Danza all’Università Paris 8. Attualmente si sta concentrando sulla questione della composizione coreografica mixando le proprie riflessioni teoriche e pratiche. Precisione, ripetizione e variazione del movimento nella sua propria musicalità e in relazione tra il corpo lo spazio e gli altri è il centro delle sue recenti ricerche.

Le prove si svolgeranno a Parigi e a Nantes) con il seguente calendario:

• 5 giorni a febbraio 2017 (date da confermare);
• da lunedì 17 a venerdì 21 aprile 2017;
• 5 days a aprile 2017 (date da confermare);
• 5 days a ottobre 2017 (date da confermare).

Retribuzione: prove (4 ore): €53; spettacolo: €150.

Scadenza presentazione candidature: lunedì 9 gennaio 2017 ore 12.00 (orario di Parigi).

Due le possibilità di audizione:

• a Parigi il 2 e il 3 febbraio 2017 (dalle 9:00 alle 18:00) al Micadanses;
• a Nantes il 7 e l’8 febbraio 2017 (dalle 9:00 alle 18:00) al Sept Cent Quatre Vingt Trois (compagnie 29×27).

Nella propria candidatura si prega di indicare chiaramente la città di preferenza per l’audizione. La compagnia darò comunicazione ai selezionati entro il 16 gennaio 2017

Saranno accettate sia le candidature in lingua francese che in inglese.

Compagnie Danse Louis Barreau Audition

For the company’s new production, BBB 3+1 (provisional title), Louis Barreau is seeking 2 dancers from 23 years old to join a team of 2 dancers.

This new piece is the last part of a tryptic initiated by the solo BOLERO BOLERO BOLERO pour 1 performeur (premiered on April 16 at studio le Regard du Cygne) and continued with the trio BOLERO BOLERO BOLERO pour 3 performeurs (premiered on November 16 at L’étoile du nord – scène conventionnée danse de Paris). The project will be supported in 2017 by the Paris Réseau Danse (Atelier de Paris – CDC Carolyn Carlson, L’étoile du nord – scène conventionnée danse de Paris, micadanses, studio le Regard du Cygne).

Louis Barreau is a choreographer and dancer. He graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London and passed the Master de recherche en danse at Université Paris 8. Nowadays, he is focusing on the question of choreographic composition and mixes in his theoretical and practical reflexions. Precision, repetition and variation of movement in its musicality and relationship to body, space and other people are at the very heart of his current investigations.

Required profile: professional and structured dancers able to make links between their own qualities and physical skills and the choreographer’s suggestions; showing a great sense of musicality and a particular precision in the approach of movement; actively invested, engaged and in tune with the group in the composition process.

An ability and a specific liking for feeding the collective reflection through developing thought and verbalisation will be particularly appreciated.

N.B – Rehearsal process will be in French/English depending on dancers.

Rehearsal schedule (in Paris and in Nantes):

• 5 days in February 2017 (dates to be confirmed);
• from Monday 17th to Friday 21st of April 2017;
• 5 days in April 2017 (dates to be confirmed);
• 5 days in October 2017 (dates to be confirmed).

Remuneration: rehearsal shifts (4h): €53; performance fee: €150.
