Fino al 31 ottobre 2018 è possibile candidarsi per l’audizione per l’apprendistato post-diploma con la rinomata compagnia di danza tanzmainz che ha sede in Germania.
L’audizione si terrà a Leeds, nel Regno Unito, il 10 novembre 2018.
Questa è un’opportunità unica ed esclusiva per il Postgraduate Apprenticeship Scheme (PAS) tenuto dal NSCD. Gli studenti interessati devono candidarsi per il MA Contemporary Dance Performance (PAS) entro il 31 ottobre 2018.
Parte dello Staatstheater Mainz, il tanzmainz è una compagnia di danza rinomata e pluripremiata con un repertorio molto vario. Sotto la direzione di Honne Dohrmann, la compagnia lavora esclusivamente con coreografi ospiti di livello internazionale come Guy Weizman & Roni Haver, Sharon Eyal, Koen Augustijnen, Guy Nader e Maria Campos. La compagnia è composta da 20 danzatori versatili, capaci di adattarsi a molti stili coreografici e capaci nell’improvvisazione.
Questa opportunità è aperta agli studenti dell’ultimo anno o a recenti diplomati che si considerano versatili performer e hanno con forte tecnica classica e contemporanea. I candidati selezionati verranno supportati e riceveranno tutoraggio nella preparazione alla professione intanto che intraprendono l’apprendistato con la compagnia per un anno da agosto 2019 a giugno 2020. Il posto porta ad aggiudicarsi un Diploma post-laurea oppure una qualifica MA.
Nota bene: per adattarsi alla programmazione del Tanzmainz questa audizione si tiene prima del primo round di audizioni per VERVE & PAS (che avranno luogo nella settimana che inizia il 15 gennaio). Bisognerà comunque partecipare a uno di questi per essere preso in considerazione per VERVE e per gli altri apprendistato post-diploma/post-laurea.

This a unique opportunity exclusive to the Postgraduate Apprenticeship Scheme (PAS) run by NSCD. Interested students must apply for the MA Contemporary Dance Performance (PAS) by 31st October 2018.
Part of Staatstheater Mainz, tanzmainz is an award-winning contemporary dance company with a rich and varied repertoire.
tanzmainz (Director: Honne Dohrmann) works exclusively with international guest choreographers such as Guy Weizman & Roni Haver, Sharon Eyal, Koen Augustijnen, Guy Nader and Maria Campos among others. The company comprises 20 dancers, that have to be versatile, able to perform many choreographic styles and possess improvisation skills.
This opportunity is open to final year full-time dance students or very recent graduates who consider themselves to be versatile performers with strong ballet and contemporary technique. The successful applicant(s) will be supported and mentored in preparing for the profession whilst undertaking a substantial year-long apprenticeship with the company from August 2019 – June 2020. The placement leads to the award of a Postgraduate Diploma or MA qualification.
Please note: to fit with tanzmainz scheduling, this company audition is taking place ahead of the first round of VERVE & PAS auditions (which take place week commencing Monday 15th January). You will still need to attend one of these to be considered for VERVE and the other Postgraduate Apprenticeship companies.
