La 19° edizione di ACT International Festival for Emerging Performing Artists avrà luogo a Bilbao e Barakaldo dal 2 al 5 novembre 2022.
ACT è un festival annuale che, per la durata di quattro giorni, riunisce un centinaio di partecipanti e ospiti da tutto il mondo. Il festival ha quattro sezioni principali: il programma pedagogico, gli incontri ACTmosfera, le mostre e il concorso di pezzi brevi.
ACT lancia un bando per artisti performativi internazionali ed emergenti che abbiano opere sceniche di massimo 30 minuti. Il festival si impegna con le compagnie che rischiano nelle loro proposte e con nuovi formati e linguaggi scenici.
ACT non è solo un festival ma anche una fiera delle arti performative a cui partecipano programmatori di tutto il mondo.
Per candidarsi è necessario inviare un video del pezzo. Può essere un work in progress o una prova, ma non un video promo.
Le performance da candidare devono avere una durata massima di 30 minuti.

ACT International Festival for Emerging Performing Artists 19th edition will take place in Bilbao and Barakaldo from 2nd to 5th of November, 2022.
ACT is an annual festival that for the duration of four days brings together around a hundred of participants and guests from around the world. The festival has four main sections: the pedagogical program, ACTmosfera encounters, the exhibition shows and the short pieces contest.
ACT launches a call for international and emerging performing artists who have scenic works of maximum 30 minutes. The festival is committed to companies that take risks in their proposals and new formats and scenic languages.
ACT is not only a festival but also a performing arts fair attended by programmers from around the world.
The call for ACT FESTIVAL 2022 is open and will end on March 15, 2022.
It is essential to send a video of the piece. It can be a work in progress or an essay, but not a teaser.
The final pieces have to be a maximum of 30 minutes without exception.
