Il Krakow Choreographic Centre invita alla 8° edizione del concorso coreografico 3…2…1…DANCE! Vhe si terrà il 24 e 25 marzo 2018 al Nowa Huta Cultural Centre di Cracovia, in Polonia.
L’evento 3…2…1… DANCE! è un concorso coreografico che si è svolto annualmente a partire dal 2011. Esso include assoli, duetti e terzetti basati su un ampio range di tecniche contemporanee. Lo scopo principale del concorso è poter confrontare il proprio lavoro con una giuria professionale ed avere dei feedback sia dalla giuria stessa che dal pubblico. La forma del concorso costituisce la sua specificità; ogni giurato, senza consultare altri membri, premia due pezzi prescelti. Il giurato deve determinare il valore della particolare performance che ha influenzato al sua decisione e li elenca sul certificato. 3…2…1…DANCE! è uno dei pochi concorsi polacchi rivolti ai coreografi indipendentemente dall’età e dall’esperienza.
Articolazione:
- 24 marzo 2018 – serata del concorso (lavori preselezionati).
- 25 marzo 2018 – attribuzione ufficiale dei premi e presentazione dei vincitori.
Condizioni del concorso:
Scadenza iscrizione: 26 febbraio 2018.
Risultati della preselezione: 5 marzo 2018.
Le coreografie non posso essere maggiori di 12 minuti per i terzetti, 9 minuti per i duetti e 6 minuti per gli assoli.
Tassa di iscrizione: 25 euro per gli assoli, 50 euro per i duetti e 75 euro per i terzetti
Premi: 3.100 euro + workshop durante il Festival di Danza Contemporanea SPACER
- 3 x Primo premio 500 euro
- 3 x secondo Premio 300 euro
- 1 Premio del Pubblico 300 euro
- Gran Premio 400 euro
Attenzione! La preselezione sarà fatta in base al video – camera fissa senza montaggio nella miglior qualità possibile. La registrazione video del pezzo deve essere dell’esatta lunghezza che verrà presentato al concorso. Si informa che i lavori candidati come work in progress, e sottoposti tramite teaser o trailer verranno rifiutati. Inoltre bisogna tener presente che durante il concorso ci sarà un solo piano luci e che non è possibile utilizzare proiezioni multimediali.

Krakow Choreographic Centre invites you to the 8th edition of the 3…2…1…DANCE! choreographic competition.

The event 3…2…1… DANCE! is a choreographic competition which has taken place annually since 2011. The competition includes solo works, duos and trios, basing on widely perceived contemporary dance techniques. The basic aim of the competition is to confront your own choreographic work with professional jury and the feedback, from both the jury and the audience, which is to educate the latter. The form of the competition constitutes its distinctive feature; according to it every juror, without consulting other members of the jury, awards his/her own two prizes for two chosen presentations. The juror has to determine what values of a particular performance influenced his/her decision and list them on the certificate. 3…2…1…DANCE! is one of the few Polish competitions which is directed to those choreographers who are looking for their own, original manners of expression, regardless of their age and experience.
24th March 2018 – competition evening (preselected pieces).
25th March 2018 – official prize-giving and presentations of winners.
THE CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION:

Attention! The preselection will be made on the technical recording of the spectacle – one shot, without montage, in the best possible quality. The recording should last exactly as long as the competition presentation. The organizers inform that works showing work in progress, teasers and trailer performances will be rejected due to formal reasons. Additionally – it should be taken into account that during the competition only one lighting plan can be used and there is no possibility of using multimedia projections.
