Il Northern Ballet , con la direzione artistica di David Nixon, cerca ballerini e ballerine.
La compagnia effettua tournée intensivamente sia nel Regno Unito che all’estero. Il repertorio è vario ed è un mix tra il neo-classico e balletti narrativi classici.
Bisogna essere di mente aperta, creativi, immaginativi, con forte tecnica classica e lavoro di punte oltre ad eccezionale capacità nel partnering e avere tanta resistenza.
Requisiti di altezza: donne tra 150 cm e 164 cm; uomini: tra 175 cm e 182 cm.
L’audizione è chiusa e solo su invito e si terrà a Leeds il 2 febbraio 2020.
Per candidarsi mandare entro il 17 gennaio 2020 un recente curriculum vitae e video di lavoro al centro che includa lunghe combinazioni da ambo le parti con adagio, pirouettes, piccoli e grandi salti con battues, e una legazione nello spazio. Tutto ciò deve essere in calzamaglia e per le donne con le punte. Le variazioni non verranno considerate.

Northern Ballet Audition
Northern Ballet – artistic director David Nixon – are looking for male and female dancers. Northern Ballet tours the UK and overseas extensively. Our repertoire is a varied and imaginative mix of neo-classical and classical narrative ballets.
You should be open-minded, creative and imaginative with strong classical technique and pointe work, exceptional partnering skills and strength.
Closed audition, by invitation only, will be held in Leeds on Sunday 2 February 2020.
Height requirements: women: 150cm – 164cm (5ft -5ft 4in). Men: 175cm -182cm (5ft 8in – 6ft).
To apply please submit a current CV & video of centre class work, which must include the following long combinations on both sides: adage; pirouettes; small and large jumps with battu; a travelling combination. This must be in leotards/tights with ladies on pointe. Variations will not be considered.
