Dal 2011 il programma New Settings ha invitato artisti performativi per inventare interamente idee originali. Dalla danza alle belle arti, dal teatro al cinema, dalla musica agli algoritmi: candidatevi per far parte dell’edizione 2020 di New Settings, il programma che incoraggia tutte le forme ibride di performance.
Le produzioni supportate da New Settings sono selezionate attraverso un bando annuale rivolto ad artisti di tutto il mondo, e attraverso discussioni svolte tra i vari partners del programma. La Fondazione Hermès accompagna i progetti dalla fase produttiva in avanti e propone date di performance con le istituzioni partner dell’Ile-de-France: il Théâtre de la Cité internationale, il Festival d’Automne di Parigi, il Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers, il Théâtre de la Ville e il Centre Pompidou a Parigi. Alcuni progetti vengono presentati anche negli Stati Uniti grazie alla relazione con la Fondazione FIAF-French Institute Alliance Française a New York.

Hermès Foundation. New Settings programme
Since 2011, the New Settings programme has been inviting performance artists to invent entirely original ideas. From dance to fine arts, from theatre to cinema, from music to algorithms: Apply to take part in the 2020 edition of New Settings, the programme that encourages all forms of hybrid performances.
The productions supported by New Settings are selected through an annual call for projects that is addressed to artists worldwide, as well as through discussions held with the various partners of the programme. The Hermès Foundation accompanies projects from their production phase onwards and proposes performance dates with partner institutions in the Ile-de-France: the Théâtre de la Cité internationale, the Festival d’Automne in Paris, the Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers, the Théâtre de la Ville and the Centre Pompidou. Some projects are also presented in the United States thanks to the Foundation’s links with the FIAF-French Institute Alliance Française in New York.
