La coreografa Tara D’Arquian e il regista Tashi Ceulemans cercano danzatrici basate in Belgio per far parte di un breve film coreografico (30 minuti) che si svilupperà nel 2019.
Il progetto è scritto e diretto da Tara D’Arquian e Tashi Ceulemans. Tara D’Arquian farà la supervisione coreografica del film.
Il film esplora i temi dell’estraniamento e dell’autoinganno e gioca con i diversi strati di coscienza e presenza.
I requisiti richiesti sono:
• forte tecnica contemporanea incluso il partnering
• Capacità di sviluppare il personaggio per mezzo della fisicità
• essere a proprio agio con l’uso del testo nella performance (la maggior parte delle scene include dialoghi).
• apertura mentale soprattutto nell’ideazione
Tutte le etnie sono incoraggiate a candidarsi. Età compresa tra 20-35 anni.
Si prega di notare che il testo è in inglese. Gli autori sono aperti agli accenti, ma è richiesto un ottimo inglese.

Workshop Audition: 2 female dancers needed for new choreographic short film
Choreographer Tara D’Arquian and filmmaker Tashi Ceulemans are looking to meet female dancers based in Belgium to be part of a choreographic short film (30 mins) to be developed over 2019.
This project is written and directed by Tara D’Arquian and Tashi Ceulemans.
Tara D’Arquian will also oversee the choreography of the film.
The film explores the themes of estrangement and self-deception and plays with different layers of consciousness and presence.
The skills we are looking for:
• Strong contemporary dance technique including partner work
• Capacity to develop character through physicality
• Comfortable with use of text in performance (most of scenes include dialogues).
• Open-mindedness and participation in devising process
All ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
Age range: 20-35 years old.
Please note that the script is in English. Although we are open to accents, very good English skills are required.
