Louise Stern è cresciuta in una comunità esclusivamente sorda; usando le sue esperienze e le sue osservazioni sul mondo esplora idee di comunicazione ed isolamento attraverso vari media.
Questo è un film incredibilmente intimo che esplora la fragilità dei rapporti umani. Praticamente non ci sono parole dette e i personaggi comunicano attraverso il linguaggio del corpo, il contatto visivo e la danza. Si lavorerà con il coreografo e regista Jonathan Hall Kovacs. Inoltre è una grande opportunità di poter lavorare a stretto contatto con il Film 4 e l’Arts Council.
Si cercano danzatori di contemporaneo aperti ed emotivi che prendano parte a questo film commovente.

Film 4: contemporary male and female dancers wanted for powerful short film
Casting on a short film written and directed by the fierce and wonderful Louise Stern, for Film 4 in association with Arts Council. The production company is Just so Films, www.justsolondon.com
Louise Stern grew up in an exclusively deaf community, using her experiences and observations of the world, she explores ideas of communication and isolation through various media.
This is an incredibly intimate film exploring the fragility of human relationships. There are virtually no spoken words, characters instead communicate through body language, eye contact and dance.
You will be working with internationally acclaimed choreographer and director Jonathan Hall Kovacs. Also, a great opportunity to work closely with Film 4 and Arts Council.
We are looking for some open and emotive contemporary dancers to be a part of this poignant film.
All ethnicities/genders, aged 20-45

Where: Castings/ rehearsal and shoot in London, UK
When: Castings will be taking place week of 15th September, 1/2 day rehearsals 13th October, 1 day shoot week commencing 17th October.
