EXPERIMENTICA ospita un programma dinamico di arti dal vivo, performance e progetti interdisciplinari e offre una significativa piattaforma per artisti inglesi ed internazionali.

EXPERIMENTICA cerca artisti che siano impegnati nella creazione e sperimentazione di performance dal vivo, scrittura, suono, film e video, installazioni, danza e teatro.
Si cercano artisti che vogliano partecipare alle discussioni sulla loro pratica in un ambiente favorevole e sociale, che vogliano condividere idee, espandere intese e riflettere sulle esperienze durante il festival.
Si accettano proposte sia da singoli individui o gruppi che siano stimolati dalla possibilità di sperimentare e amino assumersi dei rischi.
Si accolgono le seguenti proposte: un’idea che desiderate testare, un’opera pienamente realizzata che desiderate presentare per la prima volta, una performance già rappresentata ma desiderate portarla a un nuovo pubblico.
Cosa offre il festival?
- Tutti gli artisti ricevono un cachet. Inoltre il festival paga il viaggio (fino a £750) e sistemazione durante il tempo di permanenza al festival.
- Supporto tecnico e di marketing come anche l’inclusione nella guida al festival
- Documentazione fotografica in alta risoluzione del vostro lavoro
- Pass gratuito del festival EXPERIMENTICA che dà accesso agli spettacoli
La scadenza per la presentazione delle candidature è alla mezzanotte di venerdì 9 settembre 2016. Tutti i candidati saranno informati entro il 21 ottobre 2016.

EXPERIMENTICA hosts a dynamic programme of live art, performance and interdisciplinary projects and offers a significant platform for UK and international artists to produce or introduce their work.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for artists who are engaged in the creation of experimental live performance, writing, sound, film and video, installation, dance and theatre.
We are keen to hear from artists who want to participate in discussions around their practice in a supportive and social environment, who want to share ideas, expand understandings and reflect on experiences during the festival.
We welcome proposals from individuals and groups who are excited by the possibility of experimentation and by those who take risks.
You may want to work in a new way that engages with the festival and its wider context whether live, online, in print, through radio or other broadcast means.
If you have an idea that you would like to test out; a fully realised work that you would like to show for the first time, or a performance that you have shown before but would like the chance to bring it to new audiences, we would like to hear from you.
What will you receive?
- All artists will receive a fee. In addition we will pay for your travel (up to £750) and accommodation during your time at the festival.
- Technical and marketing support as well as inclusion in our EXPERIMENTICA guide.
- High-resolution photographic documentation of your work.
- A free EXPERIMENTICA festival pass to enable you to see as much as you can while you’re here
The deadline for applications is 12pm on Friday 9 September.
