I programmi annuali della SEAD, che ha sede a Salisburgo, in Austria, sono rivolti agli studenti che hanno completato con successo il loro programma professionale di danza e sono pronti per iniziative indipendenti supportati da un mentore/tutor professionale. Un lavoro quotidiano intenso e di riflessione sono alla base dei programmi di specializzazione. Ogni anno hanno un particolare focus. Questi programmi di specializzazione sono aperti sia ai diplomati della SEAD che agli studenti esterni. Agli studenti verrà rilasciato un certificato al termine dei corsi.

BODHI PROJECT – Compagnia professionale annuale
Il BODHI PROJECT offre ai danzatori diplomati l’opportunità di concentrarsi sulla performance lavorando con coreografi riconosciuti a livello internazionale, partecipando alle creazioni, prendendo parte a nuovi lavori e prendendo parte a classi giornaliere. Il BODHI Project serve come intersezione tra un’istituzione di Alta Formazione e una compagnia professionale.
Il BODHI PROJECT 2016/2017 inizierà alla fine di agosto 2016. Normalmente dura fino a giugno ma il contratto può essere esteso. Per esempio quest’anno la compagnia terrà spettacoli a New York City ad agosto 2016.
Nell’anno 2015/2016 la compagnia ha lavorato con Etienne Guilloteau, Paul Blackman e Christine Gouzelis (Jukstapoz), Sita Ostheimer, Eldad Ben Sasson e Mark Lorimer. Nel 2016/17 BODHI PROJECT lavorerà con numerori altri coreografi che saranno annunciate ad agosto.
I membri della compagnia BODHI PROJECT hanno la libertà di frequentare tutte le classi professionali della SEAD (Undergraduate Training Program “Artist in Process”) e avranno diverse opportunità di workshop durante l’anno. La mattina si inizia con le classi di tecnica e il pomeriggio si lavora sulle creazioni, prove, performances etc. . Quando le nuove produzioni sono finite viene fatto un trailer e mandato ai vari Festival e organizzatori. Inoltre ci sono tour durante l’anno accademico.
BODHI PROJECT è un programma formativo. La tassa annuale di partecipazione è 3.800 euro più 600€ di registrazione. Il programma è di durata annuale post-diploma e gli studenti non ricevono alcun stipendio. Non è un lavoro pagato.

SEAD is searching for dancers for BODHI PROJECT (the postgraduate company year) for the season 2016/17
SEAD’s one-year postgraduate programs are designed for students who have successfully completed a professional dance program and are ready for independent initiatives supported by professional mentorship. Reflection and intensive daily work in one’s specialization are the basis of the programs. Each year has a particular focus. Both programs are open to SEAD graduates and students from outside SEAD. Students are granted a certificate upon completion of either postgraduate program.

BODHI PROJECT – Professional Company Year
The BODHI PROJECT offers the graduate dancer the chance to concentrate on performance by working with internationally recognized choreographers, participating in creation, performing new work and taking daily classes. The BODHI Project serves as the intersection of an institution of higher education and a professional company.
The BODHI PROJECT 2016/2017 will begin at the end of August 2016.
A normal BODHI PROJECT year goes until June, but the contract can be extended. For example this year, the company will be performing in New York City in August 2016.
In 2015/2016 the company was working with Etienne Guilloteau, Paul Blackman and Christine Gouzelis (Jukstapoz), Sita Ostheimer, Eldad Ben Sasson and Mark Lorimer. In 2016/17 BODHI PROJECT will be working with further exciting choreographers, that will be published in August.
Also, the BODHI PROJECT company members have the freedom to attend all and any of the technical classes in SEAD’s Professional Undergraduate Training Program “Artist in Process” and will have different opportunities for joining workshops throughout the year.
The mornings begin with technical classes and in the afternoons the BODHIs are either working in creations, rehearsing, performing, etc..
Once the new creations are completed, a trailer is made and sent to various venues and Festival organizers. The tours are then during the academy year.
BODHI PROJECT is an education program. The participants pay a yearly fee of 3.800 euros plus a 600€ registration fee. The program is a year-long postgraduate program, that being said, the students do not receive a salary. It is not a paid job.
