Michael Keegan-Dolan cerca danzatori per una nuova creazione (Irlanda e Regno Unito)

Michael Keegan-Dolan, fondatore e direttore del Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre (1997- 2015), cerca danzatori per una nuova creazione che sarà coprodotta dalla sua nuova Dance Theatre Company, dal Sadler’s Wells Theatre e dal Dublin Theatre Festival.
Le date della creazione e dello spettacolo saranno tra il 1 agosto 2016 e il 9 ottobre 2016 in Irlanda e tra il 23 novembre e il 26 novembre 2016 a Londra (si potranno aggiungere altre date).
Una breve lista di candidati saranno invitati a partecipare a uno dei due brevi workshop tenuti da Michael Keegan-Dolan. I workshop audizioni si svolgeranno a Londra e a Dublino con il seguente calendario:
- Londra – Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance): da venerdì 29 aprile a domenica 1 maggio 2016 (venerdì dalle ore 19.00 alle 22.00; sabato dalle ore 10.00 alle 13.00; domenica dalle ore 10.00 alle ore 13.00)
- Dublino – luogo da confermare: da venerdì 6 maggio a domenica 8 maggio (venerdì dalle ore 19.00 alle 22.00; sabato dalle ore 10.00 alle 13.00; domenica dalle ore 10.00 alle ore 13.00)
Per candidarsi all’audizione inviare entro l’11 aprile 2016 un breve curriculum, fotografie e una breve lettera in cui spiegate perché vi volete candidare a workshops@mkddance.com.

Ad ogni workshop saranno invitati un massimo di 20 danzatori. I danzatori selezionati per partecipare ai workshop audizione saranno invitati entro il 15 aprile 2016. Non saranno inviate comunicazioni ai candidati non selezionati.
Michael Keegan-Dolan riceve contribute dall’Arts Council of Ireland ed è artista associate del Sadlers Wells Theatre. Il tour Internazionale sara finanziato da Culture Ireland.

Michael Keegan-Dolan is looking dancers for a new creation. Workshop/Audition.
Michael Keegan-Dolan – founder and director of Fabulous Beast Dance Theatre (1997- 2015) is looking to meet dancers to work with him on a new creation which will be co-production between his new Dance Theatre Company, Sadler’s Wells Theatre and the Dublin Theatre Festival.
The dates of creation and performance will be between August 1st – October 9th (IRELAND) and November 23th – November 26th (LONDON). (more dates to be potentially added)
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to participate in one of two short workshops led by Michael Keegan-Dolan.
Workshops will take place in London and in Dublin.
Workshop/Audition dates, times and locations:
- London (Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance): Friday 29th April to Sunday 1st of May 2016; (Friday, 7pm-10pm, Saturday, 10am-1pm and Sunday 10am -1pm)
- Dublin (Venue tbc); Friday 6th May to Sunday 8th May; (Friday, 7pm-10pm, Saturday, 10am-1pm and Sunday 10am -1pm)

All dancers who find this proposition inspiring are welcome to apply. The workshop will be limited to a maximum of 20 participants and those invited will be notified by Friday 15th of April.
