Krakow Choreographic Centre organizza la sesta edizione del concorso coreografico 3…2…1…DANCE! che si terrà il 12 e 13 marzo 2016 al Nowa Huta Cultural Centre di Cracovia, in Polonia.
Il concorso 3…2…1…DANCE! è una competizione coreografica che si tiene annualmente dal 2011. Il concorso include assoli, duetti e terzetti basati su un’ampia visione delle tecniche contemporanee. Lo scopo primario del concorso è il confronto del proprio lavoro con una giuria di professionisti e avere dei feedback, sia dalla giuria che dal pubblico.
Il concorso è costituito da diverse tappe: ogni giurato, senza consultare gli altri membri della giuria, assegnerà i suoi propri premi a due coreografie (rispettivamente premio da 300 euro e premio da 250 euro). Il giurato deve determinare quali valori dei pezzi da lui scelti abbiano influenzato la sua decisione.
3 … 2 … 1 … DANCE! è uno dei pochi concorsi polacchi, ed è rivolto a quei coreografi che stanno cercando la loro originale via d’espressione indipendentemente dalla loro età ed esperienza.
Durante questa edizione i giurati terranno anche dei workshops.
Il 12 marzo allo Studio KCC gli artisti selezionati si esibiranno. La finale del concorso in cui saranno presentati tutti i finalisti si terrà la sera del 13 marzo 2016.
La giuria della sesta edizione di 3…2…1…DANCE! è composta da: Karolina Garbacik, Agata Moląg, Leszek Bzdyl e Jos Baker.
Le coreografie in concorso non possono essere di durata maggiore ai 12 minuti per terzetti, 9 minuti per duetti e 6 minuti per gli assoli.
L’insieme dei premi è pari a 1650 euro

Krakow Choreographic Centre would like to invite you to 6th edition of 3…2…1…DANCE! Choreographic Competition which will be held on 12-13th March 2016 in the Nowa Huta Cultural Centre, Krakow, Poland.
The event 3…2…1…DANCE! is a choreographic competition which has taken place annually since 2011. The competition includes solo works, duos and trios, basing on widely perceived contemporary dance techniques. The basic aim of the competition is to confront your own choreographic work with professional jury and the feedback, from both the jury and the audience, which is to educate the latter.
The form of the competition constitutes its distinctive feature; according to it every juror, without consulting other members of the jury, awards his/her own two prizes for two chosen presentations (300 euro prize and 250 euro prize). The juror has to determine what values of a particular performance influenced his/her decision and list them on the certificate.
3…2…1…DANCE! is one of thew few Polish competitions which is directed to those choreographers who are looking for their own, original manners of expression, regardless of their age and experience.
During this edition, the jurors of competition will also lead contemporary dance workshops.
On 12th March in the Studio KCC will perform all preselected artists. The final of contest presenting all awarded pieces will take place in the evening of 13 March.
The jury of the 6th 3…2…1…DANCE! edition are: Karolina Garbacik, Agata Moląg, Leszek Bzdyl and Jos Baker.
Presentation time cannot be longer than: 12 minutes for trio, 9 minutes for duo, 6 minutes for solo.
The pool of prizes: 1650 euro.
