L’ Hungarian National Ballet, da 130 anni compagnia ufficiale nazionale del balletto ungherese, con sede a Budapest, ha annunciato un’audizione su invito che si terrà dalle ore 10.00 il 24 gennaio 2016 alla Opera House di Budapest. Si offrono contratti ad ingaggio immediato fino al 31 luglio 2016 e contratti con inizio il 1 agosto 2016 (l’inizio dipende dai tempi per l’ottenimento del visto).

Si cercano danzatori classici professionisti, uomini e donne, con eccezionali capacità tecniche e interpretative. La lezione dell’audizione sarà tenuta da Mikhail Messerer.

Si offrono:

• contratti in compagnia ad ingaggio immediato fino al 31 luglio 2016 e contratti con inizio il 1 agosto 2016 e termine il 31 luglio 2017 (con un periodo di prova di tre mesi e un possibile prolungamento annuale)
• salari mensili secondo il livello di qualifica conseguito all’interno del sistema esistente
• un ampio e variegato repertorio
• circa 110 spettacoli l’anno.

Per candidarsi all’audizione è necessario inviare entro il 10 gennaio 2016 alla mail audition@opera.hu:

• foto ritratto (in un file separato)
• 2 – 3 foto in pose classiche (Massimo 7MB e tutte assieme)
• Curriculum vitae professionale con inclusa data di nascita, cittadinanza, numero di telefono cellulare, altezza, peso, studi, competizioni, premi, ruoli principali, esperienze di lavoro ecc
• Link a video di danza classica (le donne sulle punte) da visualizzare sul web senza l’uso di password di protezione.

Ai danzatori selezionati a partecipare all’audizione sarà inviata una notifica il 17 gennaio 2015.

I risultati delle audizioni saranno comunicati via mail due settimane dopo l’audizione. Candidature incomplete non saranno prese in considerazione.

Nota: le foto e i materiali video devono essere stati realizzati nell’anno in corso. La durata massima dei video deve essere di 15 minuti. I candidati devono essere facilmente riconoscibili nel video. Si prega di evitare l’invio di file in formato zip.

La compagnia evidenzia che non è solo il contenuto, ma anche la forma che darà una prima impressione sui candidati. La precisione è richiesta e molto apprezzata, sia dentro che fuori il palcoscenico.

Hungarian National Ballet Audition

The Hungarian National Ballet, the 130-year-old official ballet company of the Hungarian State Opera, announces an audition upon invitation to be held from 10 a.m. on 24 January, 2016 at the Opera House for immediate openings as well as contracts starting 1 August, 2016 (depending on the applicants’ work visa requirements). Applications by classically trained, professional male and female ballet dancers are welcome. Outstanding technique and qualities are a must. The ballet class will be given by Mikhail Messerer.

We offer:

• immediate contracts till 31 July, 2016 or contracts between 1 August, 2016 and 31 July, 2017 (with a 3-month probation; yearly prolongation possible; Hungarian immigration regulations apply)
• monthly wages in accordance with the achieved qualification level within the existing system
• a wide and regularly extended repertory
• an average of 110 performances/year.

How to apply: Please send your application material as described below, in one e-mail, to audition@opera.hu .Deadline for receipt of application materials: 10 January, 2016. Following evaluation, those invited for the audition will be notified by 17 January, 2016.

Application material:

• headshot (in a separate picture file please)
• 2-3 dance photos in classical poses (max. 7 MB altogether)
• professional CV including birth date, citizenship, mobile phone number, height in cm, weight in kg, education, competitions, awards, main roles, work experience etc.
• the link of a classical video
• recording (ladies in point shoes, please) uploaded on the internet, without password protection

Application materials will also be accepted if submitted in person at the Opera House.

Participants will be informed of the results of the audition by e-mail within 2 weeks after the audition. The detailed conditions for appointment have been listed in the prevailing advertisement published on kozigallas.gov.hu as required by the Hungarian law.

INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

PLEASE NOTE: The photo and video material should be a current representation within a year’s time. The duration of the video should not exceed 15 minutes. Please make sure that the applicant is easily identifiable on videos. Please avoid sending zip or video files. Posted materials will be neither kept, nor processed. No application fees apply.

Please be reminded that it is not the content alone but also the form that will make a first impression about you. Precision is requested and highly appreciated, both on and off the stage.
