La 40° edizione del festival annuale Utah Arts Festival è programmata dal 23 al 26 giugno 2016 al Library Square nel centro di Salt Lake City. Con oltre 80.000 visitatori in 4 giorni, l’Utah Arts Festival fornisce una delle principali vetrine per i talenti artistici nell’Utah.
Scadenza presentazione candidature: 29 gennaio 2016. Le candidature devono essere inviate solo online.
Per i musicisti: l’iscrizione è gratuita fino alle ore 17.00 del 1 gennaio 2016. Dato l’elevato numero di candidature e il successivo processo di valutazione saranno richiesti $10.00 di tassa per le candidature inviate dopo le ore 17:00 del 1 gennaio e fino al 29 gennaio 2016.
Per artisti letterari, teatro di strada e danza: tutte le candidature sono on-line, gratuite e aperte fino al 29 gennaio 2016.
Tutti i candidati devono aspettare di ricevere una conferma via e-mail da artmark@uaf.org successiva all’invio on-line. Per domande concernenti le candidature di performing arts contattare denver@uaf.org. Suggerimenti: assicuratevi che il materiale inviato sia attuale e vi rappresenti al meglio. Inoltre i video dovrebbero avere una buona qualità.
Il Festival in breve:
- Ogni anno oltre 100 performances di musicisti, performers di strada e scrittori partecipano ai 4 giorni di festival.
- Lo Utah Arts Festival ha 6 palcoscenici in cui si susseguono continuamente gli spettacoli per tutta la durata del festival. Lo Utah Arts Festival riceve più di 300 candidature all’anno per le performing arts.

La richiesta di candidature non è vincolata alla residenza negli USA e prevede un contratto per compensi e trasporti per gli artisti selezionati fuori regione.

Applications now open for the 40th annual Utah Arts Festival
The 40th annual Utah Arts Festival is scheduled for June 23 – 26, 2016 at Library Square in downtown Salt Lake City. With over 80,000 attendees over the four days of the Utah Arts Festival, the Festival provides a premier destination to showcase Utah’s artistic talent.
2016 Application Deadline: January 29, 2016. Applications must be submitted online. No mailed or hand-delivered applications will be accepted.
FOR MUSICIANS: Applying is free until 5pm on January 1, 2016. Due to volume of applicants and processing requirements a $10.00 processing fee will be applied to applications submitted January 1-29.
FOR LITERARY ARTISTS, STREET THEATER & DANCE: Please note all applications are now processed online. Applications are free and open until January 29.
