Brazos Contemporary Dance Festival sta cercando pièce di danza contemporanea o di teatrodanza di meno di 10 minuti in totale da rappresentarsi al College Station, Texas il 4 e 5 Settembre 2015. I partecipanti saranno dotati di un piano luci minimo e della pubblicità dell’evento. I coreografi devono essere presenti alla prova tecnica la sera del 3 settembre e per la prova generale il 4 pomeriggio. Gli spettacoli avranno luogo nel nuovo teatro per la danza al Texas A&M.
La candidatura deve includere il modulo di domanda completo per ogni opera coreografica presentata ed è necessario allegare:
- la quota di iscrizione (non restituibile) di $30 per ogni pezzo candidato pagabile intestando a Brazos Dance Collective via PayPal o carta di credito.
- link-video o DVD contenente il lavoro completo del coreografo
- CV o biografia del coreografo
- allegare una busta affrancata ed indirizzata se si vuole che il proprio materiale sia restituito.
Il link-video e/o il DVD deve contenere la proposta di lavoro completa o un lavoro precedente del coreografo. La quantità totale del materiale non dovrebbe superare i 20 minuti. Le notifiche verranno fornite dal 1 luglio 2015 via e-mail.

Brazos Contemporary Dance Festival Performance. September 4 & 5, 2015.
College Station, TX. Deadline for Submission: Materials must be postmarked or delivered online by June 15, 2015.
Brazos Contemporary Dance Festival is looking for contemporary dance or dance-theatre works less than 10 minutes in length for a performance in College Station, Texas on September 4 & 5, 2015. Participants will be provided with minimal lighting design and publicity for the event. Choreographers need to be present to tech in the evening on Thursday, September 3,2015. Choreographers and all dancers need to be present for dress rehearsal at 4pm on Friday, September 4,2015. The performances will take place in the new dance theatre at Texas A&M.
Submissions must include:
- Non-refundable application fee of $30 for each work submitted. Mail check payable to Brazos Dance Collective OR submit via PayPal or credit card
- Completed application form for each work submitted
- Web link(s) or DVD containing complete work(s) by the choreographer*
- Resume or Bio for the choreographer
- Self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like your material returned
The DVD/video link should contain either the completed proposed work or previously completed work(s) by the choreographer. The total amount of material should not exceed 20 min.- Acceptance notification will be provided by July 1, 2015 via email.
