La 7 ° edizione del Concorso Internazionale di Danza Giovani Performers OPUS 1 – 2015 si svolgerà al Teatro Nazionale Sloveno di Celje il 13 giugno. Il Concorso è aperto a danzatori nati tra il 1991 e il 2000, in grado di candidarsi con:
- un assolo che sia concepito e coreografato dal danzatore
- un duetto, che sia ideato e coreografato dai ballerini dello spettacolo
- i danzatori che si candidano devono vivere al di fuori della Slovenia. Coloro che vivono in Slovenia devono pervenire al concorso internazionale attraverso concorsi nazionali.
La scadenza per la presentazione delle candidature è 18 aprile 2015.
Come iscriversi: è necessario compilare un apposito modulo di domanda, scaricabile sul sito www.jskd.si; il modulo compilato deve essere inviato via e-mail a nina.mesko@jskd.si entro il 18 aprile 2015. Si evidenzia che la partecipazione sarà possibile solo se il modulo sarà inviato entro la scadenza debitamente compilato; deve inoltre includere una descrizione del concept della pièce e un video.
La giuria selezionerà i concorrenti sulla base dei video ricevuti. La selezione sarà pubblicata sul sito http://www.jskd.si entro l’8 maggio 2015.
I concorrenti selezionati saranno anche avvertiti individualmente.

The 7th International Competition of Young Dance Performers OPUS 1 – short dance piece 2015 (Slovenian National Theatre Celje, 13th June) is open to dancers born between 1991 and 2000, who can apply with:
- A Solo dance piece which is both conceived and choreographed by the performing dancer
- A duet, which is both conceived and choreographed by the performing dancers – shared authorship
- Dancers who apply should live outside of Slovenia. Dancers living in Slovenia should reach the international competition through national contests.
The deadline for applications is 18th April 2015.
How to apply: The filled-in application form must be sent to e-mail: nina.mesko@jskd.si, by 18 April 2015. Please note that participation will only be possible if a correctly filled out application form that includes a description of the piece’s concept and a video of the short dance piece are sent on time.
The jury will select the competitors on the basis of the received videos of the pieces. The selection shall be published on the http://www.jskd.si website by 8 May 2015 at the latest. The chosen competitors shall also be notified individually.
